AVENTUS INFORMATICS 7907091213 hr@aventusinformatics.com Company Profile Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – GA & GSC Specialist About the Role Aventus Informatics is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help our clients make data-driven decisions by bringing together data from multiple platforms, transforming it into meaningful insights, and building interactive dashboards. You will work closely with our software development, product, and digital marketing teams to design reporting solutions that provide a unified view of business performance. Key Responsibilities: • Read and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) to monitor website performance, user behaviour, conversions, and search visibility. • Gather, consolidate, and synchronize data from multiple sources, including web analytics, CRM systems, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms. • Build automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and other BI tools. • Design and maintain a single source of truth for business and product reporting. • Define and implement KPIs, conversion tracking, and performance metrics. • Work closely with software development teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data collection. • Validate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and improve reporting accuracy. • Analyze user behaviour, traffic, conversions, and product performance to provide actionable insights. • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. • Continuously improve reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports. Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). • Strong experience with Google Search Console (GSC). • Advanced proficiency in Looker Studio for creating executive dashboards and business reports. • Demonstrable experience in bringing together and synchronizing data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, CRM platforms, and third-party applications. • Experience implementing event tracking and conversion measurement. • Good understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Web Analytics, or Data Analytics. • Experience working with a software development or SaaS company. • Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration concepts. • Knowledge of SQL and data visualization best practices is an added advantage.
