This role goes beyond creating content. You will help build LinnkIQ’s brand presence, engage B2B audiences, improve organic visibility, and create content that supports lead generation and business growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Leadership, and Customer teams to turn industry insights and product capabilities into engaging and valuable marketing content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategies to support brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Create high-quality content including blogs, articles, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, guides, and thought leadership content. Develop content for different stages of the B2B buyer journey. Plan and optimise content for SEO and AI-search visibility. Create sales and marketing collateral such as presentations, case studies, product materials, and customer success stories. Research and develop industry-focused content around staffing, recruitment technology, AI, and workforce management. Use AI tools and automated workflows to improve content research, planning, outlining, creation, and repurposing. Repurpose existing content into different formats and distribute it across relevant channels. Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversions. Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing practices, SEO developments, and AI search. Work with internal stakeholders to strengthen LinnkIQ’s market positioning and brand voice. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, content writing, copywriting, journalism, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills. Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, technology, recruitment, or related industries is preferred. Good understanding of the marketing funnel and the role of content in driving business outcomes. Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation. Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SurferSEO, or similar platforms is an advantage. Comfortable using AI tools for content research, ideation, creation, and workflow optimisation. Strong planning, organisation, calendar management, and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and credibility. A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like Within the first six months, you will help: Establish a consistent and credible content presence for LinnkIQ. Improve organic visibility, traffic, and content engagement. Create content that contributes to lead generation and pipeline growth. Develop customer stories, use cases, and thought leadership assets.
