Skilled in identifying, validating, and reporting security vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and security best practices. Key Responsibilities • Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for web applications, mobile applications (Android/iOS), APIs, and internal/external network infrastructure. • Conduct reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, exploitation, post-exploitation validation, and security verification. • Perform authenticated and unauthenticated security assessments. • Validate automated scan results through manual testing to eliminate false positives. • Assess applications against OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security Top 10, and OWASP Mobile Top 10. • Prepare detailed technical and executive VAPT reports with remediation recommendations. • Conduct retesting to verify implemented fixes and provide closure reports. • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to explain findings and recommend secure coding practices. • Stay updated on the latest vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security best practices.
