Proven capability in workflow mapping, data flow diagramming and requirements structuring using internationally recognized methods. Strong analytical, drafting and visualization skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear and accessible documentation. 1. Business/System Analysis Requirements gathering Functional requirements Non-functional requirements As-is / To-be analysis Gap analysis Stakeholder interviews Requirements traceability 2. Process & Workflow Mapping Process flow diagrams Workflow diagrams Swimlane diagrams Decision trees 3.
