Knowledge of physical and logical access controls, operational procedures, power and cooling systems, and environmental monitoring. Experience with disaster recovery operations, backup routines, and hardware lifecycle management. Familiarity with international good practices for data center operations. 1. Data Center Operations Server/rack installation Rack and cable management UPS/PDU/generator Power redundancy Cooling systems Environmental monitoring Physical security 2. Systems Operations Windows/Linux servers VMware/Hyper-V Storage/SAN/NAS Hardware maintenance Patch management Capacity planning System monitoring 3.
